VMS is a central seller portal for many reliance businesses where seller can take end to end actions for their businesses.
Seller growth | Sales performance | Return dashboards |Buying and Payments | Cataloging/listing | Inventory | Listings | Reports | Order Management | Support | Ads
All this is what the whole VMS eco system is responsible for.
We did a full fledged case study to understand JIT workflow for B2B & B2C and Drop ship workflow for B2C (both these are the fulfilment models seller opts for). There is a whole story to tell on How did I figure out our stakeholders way of handling the system.
